We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please contact our office directly or check with your insurance provider to confirm whether we are in-network with your plan.
  • How do I verify if my therapist is in-network?
You can verify by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and asking if your therapist is in-network. We also recommend confirming your coverage details directly with your insurance provider.
  • What if my therapist is out-of-network?
If your therapist is out-of-network, you may still be able to use your insurance benefits. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which could cover a portion of the costs. Contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network options.
  • Will I need to pay anything out-of-pocket?
Even if your insurance covers therapy, you may still need to pay for co-pays, deductibles, and any services not covered by your plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your financial responsibility.
  • How do I submit a claim for reimbursement if my therapist is out-of-network?
If your therapist is out-of-network, they can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of the services you’ve received. You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
  • Do I need pre-authorization for therapy services?
Some insurance plans require pre-authorization for therapy services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if this applies to you and, if necessary, obtaining the authorization before your first session.
  • What happens if I miss an appointment?
Insurance does not cover missed appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • How can I get help understanding my insurance benefits?
