At Collective Counseling & Consultation, we provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for adults across Wisconsin. Whether you visit us in our Brookfield office or connect with us virtually, our goal is to offer a safe and affirming space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.

Therapy for Adults

We focus exclusively on therapy for adults, helping with challenges such as:

Your First Full Session: What to Expect

Your first session, the intake, is the foundation of your therapy journey. Together, we’ll get to know your story, explore your goals, and create a plan that feels right for you.

Before Your Visit

  • Complete your intake forms online (about 15-30 minutes)

  • Our team verifies your insurance for you

  • Receive an appointment confirmation with directions or a virtual session link

  • Everything is handled securely so you can arrive with peace of mind

During Your Session

  • 55-60 minutes in a confidential, judgment-free space

  • Share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to work on

  • Collaboratively explore your goals, concerns, and next steps

  • Questions are always welcome — you set the pace

After Your Session

  • Schedule your next appointments to keep progress moving forward

  • Receive optional resources to support you between sessions

  • Leave with clarity about your next steps in therapy

  • Know that you don’t have to carry things alone anymore
