You can request a free 15-minute consultation directly through our website or our client portal. If you run into any issues, feel free to call or email us — we’re happy to help.

Our consultations are offered virtually through our secure telehealth platform. During this brief video call, we’ll ask what you’re looking for in therapy, answer your questions, and help match you with a therapist. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a chance to see if we’re a good fit.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first intake session. Your therapist will also send intake paperwork through our client portal to complete before the appointment.

All you need is a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space. If you’re using a desktop or laptop, you don’t need to download any software—our secure telehealth platform usually works right in your web browser. Just grant camera and microphone access when prompted.

For mobile, you’ll use the Telehealth by SimplePractice app (available on iOS and Android).

We currently work with adults (18+). If you need services for a child or teen, we’d be glad to provide referral resources.

We focus on individual adult therapy. If you’re looking for couples or family counseling, we’d be happy to provide referrals.
