Experience and Credentials

Dajonae Bradley is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who believes no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone. She understands how easy it is to lose sight of yourself while trying to meet expectations, care for others, or simply keep up with the demands of everyday life. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

Dajonae enjoys working with young adults and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, struggling in relationships, navigating significant life changes, healing from difficult experiences, or wanting to better understand themselves. Whether you're trying to establish healthier boundaries, reconnect with your strengths, or make sense of a difficult season, she provides a supportive space where you can explore what matters most without judgment.

Her approach blends warmth with evidence-based care. Dajonae integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients better understand the experiences shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, you'll build practical coping strategies while creating meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels authentic to you.

Dajonae earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, specializing in Interpersonal Practice in Integrated Health, Mental Health, and Substance Use. Her training emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care, allowing her to thoughtfully support individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) in Wisconsin.

Clients describe Dajonae as warm, genuine, and encouraging. She creates a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration, balancing thoughtful listening with gentle encouragement as clients build resilience, recognize their strengths, and move toward lives that feel more aligned with their values.

What Sets Dajonae Apart

I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and remind you that you don't have to carry everything on your own.

Life can feel heavy when you're trying to hold it all together. Maybe you're juggling responsibilities, working through a difficult relationship, healing from past experiences, or simply wondering why you've been feeling so overwhelmed. Whatever brings you to therapy, you'll find a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and show up exactly as you are.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll make sense of what's been weighing on you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and self-trust.

You deserve a space that's just for you. I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty while encouraging you every step of the way. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more hopeful about what's ahead, and confident that you don't have to face life's challenges alone.
